How To Repair Broken False Eyelashes

When you break your false eyelashes by accident or if they fall apart for some reason, you have three options:

1.) Cry while throwing them away.
2.) Use the eyelash hairs and attach them individually on your natural lashes.
3.) Try to repair them like what I'm about to show you.

Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Happy Valentine's Day!!!

In Japanese culture, girls hand chocolates to all the men in their lives. They have formality chocolates for colleagues, classmates, and officemates, and real love chocolates they give to the guy they like. As for me, all these chocolates went to my tummy...

I wish we had a better selection of Japanese chocolates here in the Philippines as all these chocolates are from Hong Kong...

Especially MELTY KISS!!! I have NO idea why this chocolate still isn't sold in the Philippines!!! It's made by Meiji, and they're small individually wrapped cubes of chocolate. They sell this in all sorts of flavors, like green tea, strawberry, banana, almond, milk tea, rhum, and a whole lot of seasonal flavors...

I also wish for a day when DARS chocolate can just be seen in every store! These chocolates are yummy and the serving size is just right... If I am not mistaken Maria Ozawa appeared in a DARS commercial with the KinKi kids before she entered AV...

Urban Decay Book of Shadows Volume IV Redux Review

I guess this now marks my Urban Decay collector status? I mean I have recently gone on a shopping spree buying UD products that are already discontinued or becoming nearer to discontinuation. It's usually not because these products are awful or what, but UD usually likes to bring new offerings to their customers every year, and to make room for the new offerings they get rid of the older items. And in this case, like a series, they get rid of the predecessor of a certain item just like camera companies do.

So I think I'm one of the last people who got Urban Decay's Book of Shadows Volume IV Redux. Basically it's a sequel to Book of Shadows Volume IV and is I think the fifth installment in this series. Maybe in a few months time they will be releasing Book of Shadows Volume V, but that is still a possibility and I have no insider information otherwise.

So anyways, let us now talk about this product!

Lunasol Eyeshadow Quad Review

I know it's not a famous brand here in the Philippines, but Lunasol is actually doing kinda well in Japan. They have all sorts of eyeshadow quads (yes, they have made tons of spinoffs for just an eyeshadow quad from monochromatic sets to complementary sets to the random color set hahaha), blush sets, and basically a whole makeup line.

Lunasol is a daughter brand of Kanebo, which I think should be more familiar now to my Philippine readers. Its sister brand is Coffret D'or, another successful makeup brand in Japan.

I'm going to talk more about their eyeshadow quad. This one I got is in the shade called Pink Gradation under their Blooming Eyes eyeshadow quad line.

First off, these are the instructions that the website provided for using this set.

And for those who want to see a brand new palette, this is their website's photo...

Coffee and Milk Scrub

Having coffee in the morning is of course a great thing. And having brewed coffee, even better. But what happens to the coffee grounds afterwards? Usually, it goes to the waste, right? So for this post I'm going to show how you can make another use for your used coffee grounds by making a face scrub. If you're more interested on how to make a body scrub or a full fledged face mask, you can check my other coffee-related post here.

So you simply need milk and used coffee grounds...

Urban Decay Book of Shadows + Beautyholic Manila Second Haul

Great things may come in small packages, but some great things just come in larger packages!!!

I now have Urban Decay's Book of Shadows Vol. IV Redux (whew that was a mouthful). In general it's a good and promising product, but the packaging is extremely huge! It's almost as big as an iPad!
