Korean skincare brand BRTC entered the Philippine market late last year, and indeed there’s a lot to explore about the brand! BRTC actually stands for Bio Remedies Therapeutic Cosmetics and the brand name in itself already gives quite a good introduction. Unfortunately, a lot of us do suffer from dehydrated skin (to be distinguished from dry skin) due to the weather. But we all want lightweight formulations that won’t make the effects of the hot weather any worse.
