My internship in Unilever was from four years ago, but one thing I always remember as the key tenets of the company is malasakit. Caring for employees, stakeholders, the environment, and many other causes has been one of the core values of Unilever. 

It was no wonder that they devoted their Shopee Super Brand Day to raise funds for UNICEF, the Philippine LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and Future Faces. This was their Beauty That Cares sale. It was not only an online event for a cause, as Unilever fans were treated to their Unilever favorites at up to 75% off! 

Beauty That Cares Sale was all about providing Filipinos with solutions to address their ever-evolving needs while integrating a sense of purpose of caring for the people, society, and planet. The pledge can be seen here:
