is exactly the product that would result if I were asked to make a lip product. I am in love with the texture!This has a mousse formulation that gently sets into a soft velvet finish. It feels lightweight on the lips, and also has no cracking or drying feeling as it sets. Like Korean lip mousses, this has a bit of a blurring effect on the lips, like a blur primer, and is somewhat able to cover dry patches. It feels very flexible and comfortable on the lips once dry, which is such a huge advantage compared to liquid lipsticks. As I have said in 10000 other posts, I have really dry lips, so I always look for balm-like products on the lips. I love how this sets like a liquid lipstick, and how it sets into a matte finish, all without the cracking feeling that liquid lipsticks come with.

I also give more plus points as this has no sticky feels on the lips once dried. This is an ideal choice for our super humid and sticky Philippine weather. I like how I can also use this throughout the day without thinking about reaching for lip balm. It takes quite some time to set, so one should take care to not pucker too much or eat while it’s still wet. When it does dry, it lasts relatively well. I’m able to work out with this mousse fading, but staying put on the lips. This also doesn’t transfer onto cups and mugs. If I’m not eating something that isn’t saucy like cookies, this stays put quite well. But when I do eat something saucy, this is bound to wear off immediately. It’s not as long-lasting as a liquid lipstick, and even when I don’t eat anything, there are days when I need to retouch this several times. That’s its weakness, but I don’t feel bothered by it at all because I love the texture so much and I am so enamored with how comfortable this is.

They have 4 shades for this collection, of which I love all of them as they are rosy pinks and coral pinks. I love how they combined my favorite color palettes with my favorite BLK Cosmetics formula. This product range is generally pigmented and able to color over the lips quite well, and the color payoff is also more or less true to the tube color as it doesn’t oxidize as much as liquid lipsticks.

At Php379 for 3.5mL, it’s more or less the usual for a mid-range brand. Most liquid lip products range from 3.5-5.0mL in the market for similar prices. Although you’ll really be buying this because of the extremely comfortable wear and the lovely texture over the quantity per se. I really love this lip mousse, and in general, I am thankful for all the brands that have made lip mousse so far. These lip mousses have really helped me to be able to enjoy matte finishes without exacerbating my dry lips problems further.
